Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Manager Warehouse (Administrative) to direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment at the distribution center in the region. You will work with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and vendor relations. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience with personnel and warehouse employees.
• Experience supporting operations in a distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes warehouse procedures for receiving, shipments, and inventory to ensure accurate records.
• Lead daily processes to achieve timely order fulfillment and production goals.
• Partner with Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and ensure 2,200–10,000 lines daily.
• Oversee safety, hygiene, and housekeeping practices and support the safety committee.
• Support HR processes: staffing, performance management, and training; manage confidential salary information.
