Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Perryville, MD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, optimize labor, and ensure accurate inventory, on-time order processing, and exact delivery to customers.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor outbound activities, and work with customer service to resolve issues, while coaching teams on productivity, safety, and Medline Core Values in a growing distribution center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with and knowledge of WMS.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage daily labor needs and identify efficiency areas within staffing and/or work volume.
• Review scheduling to ensure coverage and balance work hours for consistent flow; direct staff to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement alternative workaround strategies when issues impact location operations.
• Monitor outbound activities and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Coach, train and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
