Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager II to direct warehouse activities for one location in the Goodland area. The role involves establishing procedures, supervising staff, and coordinating with production, sales, and purchasing.

We value leadership, a high school diploma, and at least two years of warehouse experience. Spanish communication and Microsoft Office skills are a plus; a valid US driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of warehouse work experience is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Agricultural experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and keeps inventory current for one location.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment and vehicles.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and replacements.
• Maintains monthly truck reports.
• Assists with hiring/training employees.
• Coordinates with production, sales, records control, purchasing and compliance.
