Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years warehouse experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Agricultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory for one location.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment, and vehicles.
• Prepares work orders for repairs/replacements.
• Maintains monthly truck and activity reports.
• Assists with hiring/training employees.
• Coordinates with other functions (production, sales, records, purchasing, compliance).
• Directs salvage of damaged materials and adheres to safety regulations.
• Supports with dock/driver compliance and vendor coordination.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
