Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager II to lead warehouse operations at our Tennessee location. You will direct daily activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with production and sales, and manage staff training and performance.

The role requires a high school diploma, about two years of warehouse work, and leadership experience; Spanish-speaking is valued. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to efficient supply

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of warehouse experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Agricultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory for one location.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment, and vehicles.
• Prepares work orders for repairs and replacements of equipment/vehicles.
• Maintains monthly truck reports.
• Assists with hiring/training employees.
• Coordinates with production, sales, and other functions to align warehouse activities.
• Directs salvage of damaged materials.
• Participates in safety planning to comply with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Handles walk-in sales and coordinates with supplier reps.
• Ensures DOT compliance for drivers.
• Provides backup to drivers and administrative staff as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance.
