The role requires a high school diploma and 4–6 years of supervisory warehouse experience, with a base salary plus bonus opportunity. Fort Worth location on site.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management software and inventory systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Identify process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce cost.
• Lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors across a production shift.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to ensure efficient delivery and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for low stock items.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and compliance with SOPs.
