Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of leading and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate order pulling and proper loading for on-time deliveries.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation and proper inventory controls.
• Enforce safety protocols and company health and safety programs.
• Coordinate pick planning with Warehouse Manager and optimize productivity.
