Core-Mark is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory for a high-volume operation in Fort Worth. You will lead 50+ associates, drive process improvements, and partner with Transportation to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cost control in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have strong warehouse operations knowledge, experience with warehouse management software, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse phases.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to maximize productivity, improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce cost.
• Manage and lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors across an assigned production shift to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Partner with Transportation Manager to ensure efficiency within the overall operation; oversee workload scheduling and timely delivery; may operate material handling equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement for low stock items, seasonal swings, and returns.
• Ensure building and equipment are maintained; supervise maintenance personnel.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct safety meetings and workers' compensation discussions.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet requirements and resolve issues.
• Notify customers of stock shortages by communicating with Customer Service and Warehouse Supervisors; record all info.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
