Job summary

Graham Personnel Services in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound, picking, packing and shipping. You will supervise and develop staff, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure safety and order accuracy.

Focus is on improving processes, monitoring KPIs, inventory accuracy, and coordinating temporary workers during peak periods, with a four-day workweek and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Experience overseeing high-volume picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipping.
• Strong leadership, labor planning, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience with warehouse productivity metrics and shipping accuracy.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory systems, and RF scanners.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising temporary or seasonal staff preferred.
• Lean or process-improvement exposure is a plus.

• Strong background in employee leadership, labor planning, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience managing warehouse productivity, operational KPIs, and shipping accuracy.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and RF scanners.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising temporary or seasonal employees preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean, or process optimization is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
• Four-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.Three-day weekends every week.
