Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis, TN seeks an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors, develop workflows, and drive safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will oversee labor planning, standardize processes, and use KPIs to guide improvements, while ensuring strong customer fulfillment and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with HR for hiring, foster open communication, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in a business-casual, teamwork-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or higher education required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans; standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and drive a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity, accuracy, and cost metrics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership for supervisor hiring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
