Job summary

Divergent is seeking a capable Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams across facilities, ensuring on-time kitting, inbound/outbound processing, and accurate inventory in our ERP system.

You will drive continuous improvement, implement a new WMS, manage cycle counts, and align with purchasing and material planning to meet production demand, with a strong emphasis on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Proven leadership of large warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for multiple facilities and activities.
• Develop execution plans to meet SLAs for kitting, outbound, and inbound timing.
• Support training on systematic improvements and ERP tooling.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and monthly reconciliations with finance.
• Develop cycle counts, reports, and variance validation.
• Collaborate with purchasing and material planning to drive accuracy.
• Support expansion by evaluating future space needs and packaging requirements.
