Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse Operations in Torrance, CA to lead our warehouse teams across multiple facilities and drive performance in support of production operations.

You will own process improvements, system integrations, KPI development, and training to ensure accurate receipts, kitting, and inventory control while aligning with purchasing and planning. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication with multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel and ERP/TMS/QMS platforms.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs for supply effectiveness and accuracy.
• Experience with inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting with excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for both Divergent and Czinger, supporting production and warehouse activities.
• Support digital transformation and MVP path for warehouse systems.
• Ensure accuracy of all transaction-based processes and monthly finance reconciliation.
• Evaluate part lifecycle processes and implement improvements.
• Develop cycle count plans, run variance analysis and adjust counts.
• Track material stock levels and collaborate with purchasing and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in kitting processes for future growth.
• Coordinate with purchasing to align orders with receipts and reconcile as needed.
• Support expansion by forecasting space needs.
• Provide hands-on support to teams as needed.
