Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team across multiple sites. You will manage daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with WMS. You will optimize processes and work closely with customer service on delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 4+ years of warehouse/branch ops management.
• 3+ years in multi-site supervisory role with proven staff leadership.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and loss prevention.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed; manage budgets.
