Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Warehouse Representative to ensure efficient operation by handling stock, orders, packing, and shipping. You will use our inventory system, operate forklifts, and support safety and training in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and meet company goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklifts.
• Valid driver’s license from PA, IN, OH, KY or WV with clean driving record for the past three years.
• Experience with a warehouse inventory system is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database.
• Receive and process incoming shipments and assist unloading.
• Inspect shipments for damage and document findings.
• Record goods entering/leaving warehouse in inventory system.
• Store products in proper locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and related equipment as needed.
• Monitor safety and report hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with loading on delivery trucks.
• Help train new employees.
