Job summary

Qualifications

2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting.
Proven customer service skills for internal and external customers.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organization and prioritizing abilities.
Experience with budgets; read and interpret P&L statements.
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
Write and balance daily bank deposits.
Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
Audit daily labor and billing reports.
Ensure customer needs are met daily.
Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
HOLD weekly safety meetings and promote associate participation.
Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets.
Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; interview, hire and train new associates.
Supervise timely data entry and daily closeout, payroll records.
