Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and drive performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLA compliance with the Regional Operations Manager.
• Safeguard assets with effective security and process controls.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development of site-based team.
• Manage overtime, purchases, and asset tagging processes.
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain a clean, safe facility.
• Analyze data to generate reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
