Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Arlington, TX, to lead a team of Supervisors and frontline staff in a dynamic distribution center. You will coach, develop, and mentor operations personnel to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while aligning with the company’s mission and customer expectations.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, optimize staffing and resources, and partner with leadership to implement programs that improve performance and employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading other supervisors or leaders.
• Proven leadership skills with strengths in organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication with high EI.
• Foundational skills in Excel and Word.
• Experience using Google Workspace apps.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-volume setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with frontline employees and leadership to influence culture and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality performance aligning with company goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and resource allocation.
• Manage staffing with GM and HR to meet demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Foster a union-free, inclusive work environment.
• Lead safety initiatives and monthly safety committee meetings.
• Communicate clearly across all levels and participate in site management meetings.
