Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate operations, ensuring productivity and profitability across warehousing functions. You will oversee planning, warehousing, and control of materials from forecast to finished goods, while maintaining USDA/FDA compliance and collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or a minimum of five years of management experience.
• Minimum five years related experience in a high level management position with P&L responsibility.
• Produce and/or food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, warehousing and control of materials from forecast to finished goods delivery.
• Maintains compliance with USDA and FDA regulations.
• Participates in product planning to ensure timely acquisition of materials for launches.
• Oversees all warehouse operations.
• Manages warehouse operations to maximize efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of finished goods delivery.
• Executes special projects in a timely manner.
• Assists with establishing annual goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hires, coaches and mentors, builds strong teams.
• Collaborates with all levels and serves on the Executive Management Team.
