Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support branch leadership with overall supervision and workflow of the building, aiming for inventory accuracy, on-time order processing, and precise delivery of products to customers.

The role requires 3 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with WMS, with willingness to work weekends or non-standard hours. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and career growth opportunities are offered within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS systems.

• Experience with conveyors/ automated distribution/warehousing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage daily labor needs and efficiency.
• Review supervisor schedules to ensure coverage and balance hours.
• Direct staff to resolve issues as they arise.
• Develop, recommend, and implement alternative workaround strategies.
• Monitor all outbound activities and adjust as required.
• Coach, train and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
