Job summary

Hometown Pharmacy is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the distribution warehouse, manage inventory, and lead a team responsible for compliant, efficient operations across pharmaceutical and OTC products.

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years in warehousing/logistics, 5+ years in leadership, and familiarity with regulated industries. This role involves driving cost reductions, ensuring safety, and coordinating with IT on warehouse tech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, wholesale distribution, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Law enforcement or security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the wholesale distribution warehouse.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
• Oversee security systems and facility access controls.
• Support warehouse technology, including inventory management and wireless picking systems, with IT partnership.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
