Responsibilities

• Process and requisition supplies; delivering, and packaging materials for shipment.
• Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and activities to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate training for new and current employees on safety, forklift safety, SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve shipping, receiving and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare work schedules including assignments, breaks, overtime, and vacation coverage.
• Review employee time and attendance; address performance issues and corrective actions.
