Job summary

BD in USA CA - San Jose is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to direct large-scale distribution, optimize inventory flow, and lead a team of up to 20 associates across shipping and warehouse operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, implement new automation like VLM/ASRS, ensure KPI performance, and collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain teams to minimize risk and support production schedules.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Advanced experience with SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry.
• Experience operating in a lean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day materials movement between warehouse, production floor, and finished goods shipping.
• Lead optimization and continuous improvement projects for warehouse operations.
• Evaluate and implement new automated warehouse technologies (e.g., VLM/ASRS).
• Ensure transactional integrity and controls to meet KPIs and minimize risk.
• Manage a team of up to 20 shipping/warehouse associates, including training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing and supply chain teams to close gaps.
