Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of products onsite in the US. You will manage a team, coordinate with 3PLs, and optimize inventory, capacity, and floor utilization in line with production schedules.

You will implement digitalization and automation initiatives, ensure stock accuracy with periodic counts, and lead improvements in service quality. Strong SAPWM/PP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or a high school diploma with 8+ years in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3 years (or equivalent) in warehouse operation/logistics.
• Mandatory SAP knowledge in WM/ MM / PP module.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Third Party Logistics to ensure on-time material availability for production lines.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization; supervise daily warehouse and shipping operations.
• Drive process improvements, digitalization and automation in the warehouse.
• Improve service quality and efficiency; monitor stock accuracy via periodic counts.
• Perform annual physical inventory and maintain equipment and facilities; recommend improvements.
