Job summary

ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team of employees handling receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. The role requires SAP WM/MM/PP knowledge, a business-related degree or equivalent experience, and strong cross-functional communication.

Onsite work model applies, with focus on process improvements and inventory accuracy. You will establish procedures aligned with production schedules, develop work instructions, and drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field with minimum 3 years or equivalent High School Diploma with minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse operation / Logistics
• Mandatory SAP knowledge in WM/ MM / PP module
• Experience in manpower handling
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and understanding of an ERP system, SAP highly preferred.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Coordination with Third party Logistic, ensuring on time material availability on production lines
• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
• Implement process improvements/ Digitalization / Automation in the warehouse
• Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.
• Perform annual physical inventory
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
