You will manage receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping, while coordinating with IT on system integrations. The role requires 10+ years in warehousing with 5+ in senior management, proficiency with SAP, Manhattan SCALE, Exacta, and hands-on leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse/distribution with 5+ years in senior management
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
• Proven experience with SAP, Manhattan SCALE, and Exacta
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment processes and multi-SKU DC operations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping.
• Optimize workflows with SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta WES.
• Develop KPIs: order/inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, cost per order, labor productivity.
• Partner with IT to integrate automation (AutoStore, T-sort, RFID).
• Lead Supervisors, Leads, and staff; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives.
