Job summary

CTDI in Richmond, VA is seeking a senior warehouse supervisor to lead a team responsible for movement, storage and distribution of goods on 1st shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday). You will drive operational efficiency, manage KPIs, and coordinate cross‑functional staff to meet SLAs and safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years of leadership in logistics or distribution, 2–5 years in warehousing, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution.
• 2–5 years of logistics experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution equipment and safe operating practices.
• Strong ability to meet KPIs, drive improvements, and ensure safety compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision making for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for movement of goods and maintaining inventory levels.
• Assists in implementing warehousing, distribution, inventory management strategies.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and actionable items.
