Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a senior warehouse worker to plan, schedule, and direct warehouse activities in support of production and delivery goals. The role includes prioritizing workload, assigning tasks, and ensuring GMP and safety standards are followed.

You will perform essential warehouse duties, operate WMS and equipment, and collaborate with other departments to meet quality and timeline targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Powered industrial equipment certification.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily workload and assign tasks.
• Perform L1/L2 warehouse tasks (load/offload/pick/pack/ship).
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment; follow GMP/safety rules.
• Process orders, bookings, and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors; ensure timely shipments.
• Train and mentor other staff and enforce standards.
