Qualifications

• 6+ years of biologic manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Extensive SOP and cGMP knowledge in regulated environment.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and tech transfer.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of manufacturing unit operations (bioreactors, chromatography, media prep).
• Provide on-floor training and problem solving to ensure right-first-time execution.
• Lead team development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
• Maintain schedule adherence and communicate variances.
• Coordinate shift communication and handovers.
