Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit West, NJ, is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse and Kitting Operations to lead end-to-end material receipt, storage, and kit assembly in a validated CAR T supply chain.

You'll manage multiple shifts, drive inventory accuracy, partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality, and advance continuous improvement using Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled reporting while maintaining strict compliance with cGMP regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 10+ years in regulated manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in warehouse, kitting, and supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and quality systems; ERP/WMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift team of Managers and frontline staff with training and development.
• Oversee warehouse, receiving, storage, kitting, and material transfers under validated systems.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, lot traceability, and on-time delivery to manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement using Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled reporting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality to resolve issues with urgency.
