Job summary

Weee! Inc seeks a Senior Warehouse IT Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain warehouse networks, camera systems, badge systems, and IT assets in a fast-growing e-grocer environment.

You will coordinate IT projects, ensure secure and efficient operations, and support warehouse staff with top-tier technical service. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT/networking, CCNP or equivalent, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT and networking.
• Excellent network skills, such as managing IT server rooms and network switches/firewalls.
• Excellent computer troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac OS).
• Possesses exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Implement and maintain a security camera system & badge system.
• Nimble and patient with good communication skills.
• Works independently without supervision.
• Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred.
• CCNP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations, including network, laptops, servers, and related IT equipment.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and WMS user access privileges.
• Perform regular IT and Warehouse inspections (weekly to yearly).
• Design, install, maintain, and support IT infrastructure including WAN/LAN, access points, video systems, and storage servers.
• Create floor plans and diagrams for IT infrastructure and buildouts.
• Write SOPs and user manuals; provide IT training to end users.
