Weee! Inc in Los Angeles area is seeking a Senior Warehouse IT Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain warehouse networks, security cameras, badge systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT assets.

This role requires a solid technical background, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to lead IT initiatives in a fast-growing logistics environment. You will provide Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations, manage WMS access, perform regular inspections, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant IT and networking experience.
• Excellent network skills and server room management.
• Experience with security camera and badge systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• CCNP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations (network, devices, printers, scanners).
• Manage IT equipment inventory and WMS user access.
• Perform regular IT and Warehouse Inspections (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Design and maintain IT infrastructure (WAN/LAN, access points, video systems, SAN/NAS).
• Onboard/offboard employees and manage IT onboarding tasks.
• Create floor plans and diagrams for IT infrastructure and buildouts.
• Develop SOPs and end-user training for warehouse IT processes.
