Responsibilities

• Delegate work assignments to staff and ensure on-time completion.
• Organize warehouse inventory to keep supplies in designated areas.
• Verify incoming goods against receipt documents and ensure no damage.
• Coordinate with DOF contractors to maintain monthly delivery schedules.
• Assist with distribution of Parking, Moving, and Criminal Court Summonses as needed.
• Enter Passport requisitions and manage warehouse records requests.
