Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Site Logistics Leader to oversee the entire order fulfillment process—from receiving and inventory management to distribution and direct customer shipments—ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and a safe, presentable warehouse.

You will lead a ~10-person team and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning and Manufacturing; drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement; enforce SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years warehouse/logistics experience, temperature-controlled environment.
• 5+ years senior leadership or multi-site management.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead a ~10-person team and optimize workload.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and system data integrity.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA and internal safety standards.
