Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a site within a customer’s distribution center, building a strong customer relationship while guiding operations and ensuring high employee satisfaction. You’ll supervise a team across shifts, coordinate workloads, and drive safety and quality standards.

The role requires training and developing associates, managing HR-related processes, and reporting on performance. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Spanish is a plus in many locations.
• Forklift Certification Required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees, including administrative and manufacturing, across multiple shifts.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the new hire process with HR teams.
• Address employee relations issues with Corporate HR.
• Analyze site data to drive continuous improvements in operations.
