Job summary

Quantix SCS is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee shipping, receiving and packaging, driving efficiency and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, strong leadership, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with ability to work weekends based on demand.

You will mentor staff, manage KPIs, coordinate with sales, customer service and finance, and uphold company policies while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and email systems.
• Leadership competencies in expectation-setting, performance management, accountability, recognition, and communication.
• Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to stand for short durations.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand.
• Ability to lift, push, kneel, carry, and reach with arms and hands.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to shipping, receiving and packaging.
• Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and delegate tasks.
• Track KPIs and report findings to upper management for decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing and finance to optimize efficiency.
• Review and verify employee payroll, overtime, vacation requests, and attendance before approval.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness in line with standards.
• Adhere to quality policies to minimize customer complaints.
• Oversee safety compliance and coordinate with EHS teams.
