Job summary

Qnity, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, is looking for a Site Logistics Leader to oversee order fulfillment and manage warehouse operations. This role involves strategic leadership, financial management, and developing a culture of safety and efficiency among a team of over 10 personnel.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in warehouse management and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. A competitive annual salary ranging from $108,500 to $170,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive warehouse/logistics experience in a temperature controlled environment.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or multi-site management roles.
• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead a team of ~10 warehouse personnel, manage workflow effectively.
• Utilize WMS and ERP systems for inventory monitoring.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
