Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience operating sit-down/standing forklifts and related equipment.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory control practices.
• Ability to coordinate building maintenance and vendor relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture with OSHA-aligned audits and training.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to optimize flow.
• Operate and supervise forklift fleets and equipment maintenance.
• Manage cycle counting and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle returns processing with internal stakeholders.
• Guide staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Oversee facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and security.
• Plan seasonal maintenance and capital improvement initiatives.
