John Charles Limited is partnering with an established warehouse automation business to recruit a Senior Sales Manager for the US market. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role focused on winning new customers and growing strategic accounts across integrated automation and robotic material handling solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineering and delivery teams, and represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• A proven track record selling warehouse automation, intralogistics or integrated material handling systems.
• Experience with turnkey solutions, automated storage, conveyors or mobile robotics.
• Strong knowledge of the US market, its customers and buying processes.
• Confidence opening new accounts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and customer presentation ability.
• Engineering qualification not essential; proven sales ability and relevant market experience prioritized.

Responsabilités

• Win new business through targeted prospecting, industry relationships and customer engagement.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for further automation investment.
• Lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Understand customer operations and build compelling commercial proposals and ROI cases.
• Partner with engineering and project teams to develop practical, competitive solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement and senior management.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans and CRM records.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
