Job summary

Prime Robotics is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to design and position automation solutions for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing operations. You will lead technical discovery, develop layouts, run simulations, size and price solutions, and present a compelling business case to executives.

You will work with commercial, engineering, product, and customer-success teams to influence revenue and product direction while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a sales-engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience for layouts and interfaces.
• Experience with discrete-event or material-flow simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers to define automation requirements and objectives.
• Develop conceptual layouts and simulation-based performance models.
• Size and price integrated automation solutions and build ROI models.
• Prepare proposals and executive presentations for stakeholders.
• Serve as technical lead from discovery to implementation in complex deals.
