The role demands 5+ years in warehouse automation (robotics, AS/RS, conveyors, WMS, IoT), hands-on implementation or optimization experience, strong analytical skills, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in warehouse automation environments.
• Experience with robotics, automated storage systems, conveyors, WMS, and IoT is highly valuable.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for warehouse automation aligned with Supply Chain goals across ambient and cold storage facilities.
• Lead the implementation of automation solutions across multiple warehouses with minimal disruption and on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Finance, Industrial Engineering, and Indirect Procurement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish KPIs to measure automated system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff to adapt to new automation systems.
