JBAndrews is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth across the USA and Canada in the North America region. The role covers both standalone automation technologies and integrated warehouse solutions, with a hands-on sales approach.

You will develop new business with end users, manage multi-million-dollar opportunities, and collaborate with engineering teams across the US and Europe to meet a $10M–$15M annual target.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse automation or intralogistics sales.
• Experience selling automated material handling solutions.
• Track record of developing new opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with end users across North America.
• Sell AS/RS, shuttle systems, conveyor, software and controls.
• Manage opportunities typically valued at $3m–$10m.
• Build relationships with systems integrators and strategic partners.
• Develop projects from opportunity to order.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams in US and Europe.
• Deliver against an annual sales target of $10m–$15m.
