Job summary

Endologix LLC in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a temporary Warehouse Associate/Sr. Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse team.

You will pull, pack, and ship finished goods, handle inbound packages, and assist with repackaging and labeling of medical devices. The role requires ERP experience (QAD preferred) and barcode labeling skills, with 2+ years in a warehouse role for the Associate level or 5+ years for the Senior role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years as Warehouse Associate; 5+ years for Sr. Warehouse Associate preferred (medical device industry is a plus).
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred) and barcode labeling software (Label Matrix) is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship finished goods with carriers, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.
• Prepare palletized shipments and maintain organization and regulatory compliance.
• Receive inbound packages and distribute to appropriate departments to support cross‑functional operations.
• Repack finished medical devices and apply barcode labels with attention to detail.
• Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pull, kit, and issue raw materials in the ERP system to support production schedules.
• Handle temperature‑sensitive (cold chain) shipments per established procedures.
• Maintain proactive, dependable teamwork and support continuous process improvements.
