Job summary

Spinal Elements in Carlsbad, CA is hiring an Associate Warehouse Specialist to manage receipt, inventory, stocking and distribution of parts and finished goods. You will verify shipments, enter data into ERP systems, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment in a safe, organized warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced setting; experience with medical devices or regulated warehouses is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Familiarity with FedEx/UPS software and shipping procedures preferred.
• Experience in the medical device industry or a regulated warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Stock and organize parts and finished goods per procedures and storage systems.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer and field orders accurately and on time.
• Perform routine cycle counts; participate in year-end inventory.
• Monitor expiration dates and quarantine outdated items as needed.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Enter data into ERP/shipping systems accurately.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies; assist investigations.
• Support material planning and movement to improve efficiency.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality system requirements.
• Cross-train and stay updated on warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Asset Management, and Quality.
