Job summary

Endologix in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a temporary Warehouse Associate/Sr. Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse team. You will pull, pack, and ship finished goods, receive inbound packages, and assist with cycle counts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced medical device environment. The position requires 2+ years for Associate or 5+ years for Sr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years as Warehouse Associate; 5+ years for Sr. Warehouse Associate; medical device exp preferred.
• ERP system experience; QAD experience preferred.
• Barcode labeling software experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a walk-behind forklift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, pack, and ship finished goods through carriers, ensuring timely deliveries and quality.
• Prepare palletized shipments and maintain organization and compliance.
• Receive and distribute inbound packages to departments to support operations.
• Repackage finished devices and apply barcode labels with regulatory care.
• Conduct cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pull, kit, and issue raw materials within the ERP system to support production schedules.
• Handle and ship temperature-sensitive products according to procedures.
• Maintain proactive, dependable, team-oriented approach and assist with process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
