Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in Georgia is seeking a fully onsite warehouse logistics professional responsible for all phases of receipt, movement, storage, tracking and shipment of service materials and tools for field service and order fulfillment. You will work with SAP, manage cycle counts, and support daily operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of warehouse experience, experience with medical devices, ability to lift 35 pounds, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; AA degree preferred.
2–5 years warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, and manufacturing support.
Inventory management including cycle counts.
Auditing and leading projects experience.
Experience in medical devices preferred.
Ability to lift 35 pounds daily.
Prolonged walking and repetitive motion.
Clean driving record.
Experience with SAP and Agile preferred.
Kanban and lean practices knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and training on put-away and shipments worldwide.
Ensure timely outbound FRU shipments meet obligations.
Coordinate with customs brokers to resolve import/export issues.
Back up Lead/Supervisor as needed.
Resolve receiving/shipping issues.
Analyze shortages for root cause and corrective actions.
Process FRU orders for US and international customers.
Train in use of operations software to record/troubleshoot data; lead warehouse safety improvements per 5S.
Train and certify material handling equipment use; audit safety inspections.
Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement teams.
Maintain excellent attendance.
Follow all policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
