Job summary

Ascendo Resources seeks a Senior Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to lead warehouse and service-parts operations, ensuring accurate, audit-ready inventory and efficient movement from receipt to disposition. You will partner with Service, Field Engineering, Sales, and Quality while building strong relationships across departments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ERP/WMS fluency, and experience with regulated or serialized products.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in warehouse, inventory, parts, logistics, or service operations.
• At least two years in supervisory or team lead roles.
• Experience with serialized, regulated, or traceability-sensitive inventory.
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience and strong ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations for medical device products and service parts.
• Oversee receiving, inspection coordination, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory movements.
• Drive cycle counts, reconcile ERP/WMS records, and investigate discrepancies.
• Partner with Service, Field Engineering, Sales, and Quality to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff, set priorities, and monitor safety and productivity.
