The ideal candidate has four+ years of wage-and-hour litigation experience, deep knowledge of the Colorado Wage Act and FLSA, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with Colorado Bar admission.

Qualifications

• At least four years of attorney experience in wage and hour class and/or collective action litigation.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school and Colorado Bar admission.
• Strong knowledge of the Colorado Wage Act, FLSA, and related regulations.
• Proficiency in pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigate wage and hour class and collective action claims under the Colorado Wage Act and FLSA.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including decertification of conditional actions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Interpret and apply state and federal wage-hour regulations and guidance.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate on litigation strategy.
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
