You will perform legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, assist with deposition prep and attendance, and appear at court hearings under senior attorneys. The ideal candidate is licensed in Colorado with 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances, and travel

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy and court appearances.
• Prior experience with wage-and-hour and class actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attendance.
• Prepare for and appear at court hearings and communicate with clients under senior attorneys.
• Support representation of clients against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.
