Employment Litigation Associate - Wage & Hour

Our client, a nationally recognized management-side employment law firm with a growing presence in Denver, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Wage & Hour Litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4+ years of experience who is seeking substantial client contact, meaningful responsibility, and a sophisticated litigation platform.

Key Qualifications

• significant experience handling wage and hour litigation, including class and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Colorado wage and hour laws and regulations
• strong working knowledge of state and federal wage and hour enforcement agencies, regulatory guidance, and related compliance issues
• experience drafting and responding to pleadings, managing written discovery, motion practice including dispositive and class-related motions, taking and defending depositions, developing litigation strategy and managing matters through various phases of litigation
• 4+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Colorado

Compensation is expected to range from $205,000 to $270,000, with final salary determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
