Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Lead Statistician to drive Wage & Hour data analytics across multiple projects, including class and collective actions.

You will oversee 2–3 statisticians, work directly with attorneys, and ensure high-quality analyses that inform legal strategies. The role requires a Master’s in statistics (or equivalent) with 7+ years of data experience, strong R/Python skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of data experience related to Wage & Hour topics in legal or HR contexts.
• Direct experience with California Wage & Hour data is a large plus.
• Proven ability to lead data analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics projects and oversee 2–3 statisticians.
• Communicate analysis processes clearly to attorneys and clients.
• Develop and implement data tools and process automation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to translate findings into legal strategies.
